To guarantee a smooth arrival and comply with local regulations, guests are required to complete the online check-in process and sign the rental agreement through our website before arrival. This is mandatory in order to access the property.

The barbecue and related utensils are available for guest use; however, charcoal and fire-starting materials are not provided and must be purchased independently.

Guests are required to leave the barbecue clean after use. Alternatively, a barbecue cleaning service can be requested before check-out for an additional fee of €40.

If the barbecue is left dirty without prior request for the cleaning service, a charge of €80 will apply.
